The Role
CCA is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to lead and optimize aftersales operations across multiple regions. This strategic role requires a leader with extensive knowledge of aftersales processes, fixed operations, customer success, and operational efficiencies. The Regional Operations Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Align regional sales goals with CCA strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Provide resources, training, and support to staff.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize regional performance.
- Address escalated customer issues with the customer service and sales teams.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 5+ years in parts and service field operations
- Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and strategic sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to plan and organize in a changing environment.

- Familiarity with CCA Sales & Marketing /Channels/Field and comfortable in office environment.
This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
