The position
This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and will directly report to the RMA Manager. In this role, you will drive scientific discussion around in-market compounds and investigational products as per compliance framework for Novo Nordisk's overall purpose. The main scope of accountabilities includes but not limited to:

  • Lead and execute Healthcare Professional (HCP) interaction plans as well as execute relevant actions for gaining insights from the field visits and provide written reports to RMA Manager. You are required to travel and work with flexible working hours.
  • Initiating and leading education and training for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate the symposia/seminar/meeting on subjects relevant to the products/projects. Optimising ad hoc opportunities for relevant academic/professional collaboration for current and future business needs as well as initiate project proposals for any local funding and initiatives.
  • Key contributor to develop and execute cross-functional brand and therapy strategies, activities/projects, communication tools/materials. Also, ensure the identification, development, and review of publications/content relevant to the product/portfolio/therapy needs are suitable for the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal and external related parties' act in compliance with the company guideline and local requirements.
  • Ensure timely reporting of customer inquiry, adverse events, and other safety reports per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate medical degree or relevant subjects - Endo, Cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrology, etc.
  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in healthcare corporate industry, prefer relevant experience from pharmaceutical companies including 2-3 years in Medical Affairs with product launch, from the planning stage.
  • Experience with field work facing HCPs is a must. Proven success records in the management of scientific events, management of HCP or medical affairs, experience with product launch will be an advantage. Also, role would require near 70% annual travel.
  • Working in Global MNC (Matrix Org) experience would be required.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English communication. Strategic and proactive thinking with commercial-focused not only scientific-focused.
