Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing and mentoring sales teams, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive product promotion and enhance brand awareness among doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure effective territory planning, coverage, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.


RequirementsQualifications
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in the Diabetic and Cardiac therapeutic segments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
