As a Product Associate in the Liquidity Solutions team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.
Job responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of the product portfolio within the APAC region and globally by managing client penetration targets.
  • Develop and lead commercialization strategies and value propositions for the product suite, including crafting marketing communications for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Design and deliver training to functional partners on product mechanics, positioning, and selling guidelines.
  • Implement 'Ready to Launch/Sell' plans for new products and enhancements, ensuring execution of post-implementation activities to monitor product performance and client utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with functional partners to ensure new product functionalities meet specified business requirements.
  • Identify and understand the risk attributes associated with the product portfolio and client segments, and partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure new regulations are efficiently acted upon, documenting risks and impacts appropriately.
  • Implement strong controls end-to-end, covering client onboarding, operational processes, legal, compliance, accounting, and tax.
  • Analyze client needs and market trends, providing feedback to the product management team on market intelligence.
  • Contribute to development strategies for the products in scope, working closely with the Global team and other Liquidity Product Managers.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to align product documentation negotiations and control points in client negotiations.
  • Align with Treasury Services business/product partners to ensure strong cross-sell opportunities, driving multi-product revenue.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in Transactional Services, Cash or Liquidity Management.
  • Proven treasury management product, operational or business management experience.
  • Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and especially of execution credentials.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the Liquidity regulatory and control environment, and particularly of the APAC landscape.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Organisational, administration and project management competencies.
  • Collaborative attitude, with proven ability to work across global matrices.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Product Management expertise in Liquidity Services, across multiple geographies, is strongly preferred.
  • Market and product knowledge is an advantage.
