We're looking for a leader to take that strength even further: someone commercial, strategic, and genuinely people-focused, who can guide a team of Regional Leaders through change with respect, clarity and a good listening ear.

  • Strengthen service standards and embed consistent ways of working aligned to our business plan priorities

  • Champion collaboration across the wider Findex network, partnering closely with other regions and service lines

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, balancing commercial outcomes with genuine care for your people

What you bring to the role

You are someone with:

  • Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and set clear direction

  • A strategic, commercial mindset that aligns priorities and drives shared outcomes

  • Strong people leadership — genuinely respectful, and skilled at guiding teams through change

  • Experience leading leaders in a public practice or professional services environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate delivery across teams
