Job DescriptionThis role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking a Regional In-plant Manager for our customer sites on the west coast. The Regional In-plant Manager will be a liaison between INX, the in-plants, and the customer. You will be responsible for:
- Inventory control, both INX and customer owned.
- Supervising in-plant employees at multiple locations.
- Lead in-plant start-ups and closures
- Coordinate PTO for employees.
- Travel and visit in-plant locations in multiple states.
- Perform audits
- Evaluate new customer locations for installations.
- Administrative duties related to in-plant operations
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
- Have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

- Are able to cover other shifts if needed
- Are clean, professional and self-motivated
- Have flexibility with scheduling
- Have previous experience in the ink industry
