We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategies across multiple regions. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional who has a proven track record in leading campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running successful campaigns internally across diverse markets and cultures, aligning strategies with business goals, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across all regions, focusing on both internal coordination and local market needs. Ensure seamless execution and alignment with CARSOME’s brand vision.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific regional markets to drive awareness, engagement, and sales, aligning closely with regional marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Operations, HR) to drive campaign success, ensuring all teams are aligned with campaign goals and strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate internal campaigns aimed at enhancing brand culture, employee engagement, and communication, ensuring that internal stakeholders are engaged and aligned with regional objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to adapt campaigns to fit local contexts and achieve optimal market penetration.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation across campaigns and markets to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI). Prioritize spending to ensure the highest return across digital, offline, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across regions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional campaigns, providing regular performance updates to senior leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably managing marketing efforts across multiple regions.
  • Proven track record of running successful large-scale campaigns and managing marketing teams internally across diverse regions.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets, consumer behaviors, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing integrated marketing strategies, including digital, offline, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
