POSITION SUMMARY:
- Reporting to Regional Finance Director. Responsible for supporting all consolidation, including budgeting, accounting, supporting audits visits, financial statement preparation and coordinate LATAM deployment of SAP implementation under direction of VP Finance and SAP deployment teams and Regional Finance Director
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistance to the Latin America Region Financial Director and Manager in tasks of reporting and information compilation from the 7 countries in the region to build monthly reports and Budget for headquarters.
- Contact with managers from other offices in order to gain further knowledge of their processes and operations.
- Link between headquarters and offices in the region.
- Compliance with requests from headquarters regarding processes in the region and their accounting and financial situations.
- Training, capacitation and assistance to other offices’ accountants in the confection of reports requested by headquarters.
- SAP Implementation Project team member for Latin America Region
- Help in managing monthly closing process to ensure financial statements are completed accurately, on time, and that they comply with Corporate timelines and USGAAP guidelines, and internal controls requirements.
- Help in managing audits and actions plans

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management.
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial reports related Latin America Countries and USGAAP
- Relevant knowledge and experience with SAP
- Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
High proficiency in MS Offices, particularly in Excel and accounting software. Advanced level in both written & spoken English and Spanish Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills and detail oriented ability to liaise at all levels Be able to work accurately & efficiently and meet tight deadlines Prioritizes and manages multiple responsibilities at once Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision Flexible in respect to working hours
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
