The Role

Topicals is seeking an enthusiastic education leader who is passionate about all things product and people. This role will be very hands on, traveling to store locations, providing education, training and organizing in-store events, all in an effort to drive brand conversion. Internally, this role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate speaks both French & English fluently, has Sephora in-store experience and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.



Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement Sales and Education strategies within region with high emphasis on growing the business and awareness in Canada.
  • Schedule and facilitate local trainings, events and education initiatives.
  • Drive incremental sales on Core products while overseeing launch and education on New products.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and education programs to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Oversee relationships and trainings for new store openings in Canada. 
  • Manage and oversee in-store events and secure freelancer support as needed 
  • Update and share out weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and sales analysis with Sales Team 
  • Facilitate Education meetings and manage overall relationships with Sephora HQ Education teams
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement go-to-market strategies. 
  • Identify new and exciting business opportunities within region.

Skills and Requirements

  • Must have Sephora In-Store experience.
  • French language skills required.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in beauty.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Sephora store leadership and Sephora corporate/headquarters team members.
  • 2+ years of national and regional field leadership experience. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven record of driving Brick & Mortar sales and incremental lifts in stores. 
  • Experience creating and executing training and education materials across internal and external team members and platforms.
