Make an impact and drive improvements
In this position you will be responsible for Multiple categories within Indirect Spend. Activities include product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, and supplier performance management.
You will report to Group Procurement Indirect Spend Director and work closely together with all parts of the business-like supply chain, operations, and external suppliers. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong supplier relationships and developing sustainable value adding solutions.
A skilled negotiator with global Indirect Spend experienceWe are looking for someone with experience within indirect spend. You have a global approach and are comfortable working with many different cultures, and continuously optimize our regional indirect spend categories for Southern & Eastern Europe

Furthermore, we expect:- Excellent analytical skills
- Good IT skills in MS applications
- Be a skilled negotiator
- Large experience in Stakeholder management.
- Possess a Strategy procurement toolbox
- Have a clear understanding of the regional market and categories
- Reporting on time
- Resilience, determination, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are a self-starter and able to challenge status quo
- A great teammate who is always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements.
- Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English and ideally also in Spanish
You will be working from our office in either Polinya, Spain or Gdansk, Poland
