About this opportunity
We are looking for a Regional Ad Operations Manager to join us in Sydney and help us keep growing the APAC market.
Reporting to the Regional Director, Client Services APAC you’ll be responsible for supporting implementation and customizing strategies of Ad Campaigns across the market. You’ll be in touch with clients, agencies, traders, etc. using our SSP and DSP. This junior role would be a great fit for an individual who has a passion for advertisement and wants to learn and grow in Ad Ops and Client Management roles.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proactively seek to resolve and escalate issues, providing support to Hivestack teams, identify solutions for technical and operational challenges.
- Campaign management / Ad Operations : manage live campaigns, ensure KPIs and client timelines are respected along with outstanding customer service toward post campaign deliverables
- Support monitoring campaign’s performance by using internal tools, to establish reports and recommendations, as well as escalating issues with underperforming Private Marketplaces (PMP) contracts
- Develop a deep knowledge of our current market specifics and our platform functionality to better support our customers
- Collaborate with multiple business units and territories to develop, improve and optimize our strategy to meet technical challenges and evolve our product in a rapidly changing environment.

What do you need to perform in this job
Our ideal candidate has an understanding of the global digital advertising landscape and is up to date with key industry changes and events. You are experienced with the application of programmatic trading and audience-based buying.
- Experience :
- 3+ years in a similar role in the adtech Industry, preferably across Digital OOH or Mobile data analytics
- Knowledge of Excel and G-suite, as well as Salesforce, Jira /Atlassian
- Ability to communicate product operations to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Excellent command in English (spoken and written) - Mandarin is an asset
- Naturally proactive, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment with all our global offices
- Flexibility to work with different time zones
- Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
