As a Region Equipment Specialist, you will provide equipment management, monitoring and tracking for pressure pumping operations in the region. You will also oversee equipment procurement, movement and utilization in compliance with Baker Hughes standards and policies. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to help meet the company goals and objectives set by the Integrated Supply Chain Leader for the region.
As region equipment specialist - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:
- Equipment planning and procurement in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Equipment management and forecasting.
- Meeting equipment key performance indicators for the region and globally
- Drive equipment readiness for job mobilization and utilization to sustain service delivery.
- Overseeing and collaborating with stakeholders to update internal Baker Hughes systems and process for compliance
- Following internal Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure safety and compliance

- Have a solid experience in SAP.
- Have good understanding of asset management.
- Have a good understanding and competency in oilfield pressure pumping operations and services.
- Have solid experience in asset planning and forecasting.
- Be able to speak English.
