About the role:
As a Refurbishment Engineer, you’ll oversee all on-site refurbishment activities to ensure every car meets Sylndr’s quality standards before reaching our customers. From assessing incoming vehicles and planning refurbishment cycles to creating job orders and meeting production deadlines, you’ll keep the process running smoothly. You’ll also lead a team of technicians, drive a quality-focused workshop, and set clear milestones to achieve our short- and medium-term goals.
What you will do!!
- Handle all Refurbishment activities onsite.
- Conduct end-to-end reports for all incoming cars and determine needed actions/items.
- Plan refurbishment cycles with fellow engineers.
- Create & optimize job orders for each vehicle.
- Meet Refurbishment deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks and determine the status of cars from publishing.
- Drive a quality-focused workshop.
- Build a strong team of technicians with strong technical knowledge.
- Plan refurbishment/production short-medium term milestones.

- Have relevant workshop experience.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent computer skills.
