Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Maintain, monitor, and manage the refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of refrigeration units, identifying and resolving issues promptly to prevent disruptions to store operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize the performance and lifespan of refrigeration systems
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to refrigeration equipment and refrigerants
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs related to refrigeration
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Korean and English language is a must
