The Role

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Maintain, monitor, and manage the refrigeration systems in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of refrigeration units, identifying and resolving issues promptly to prevent disruptions to store operations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize the performance and lifespan of refrigeration systems
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to refrigeration equipment and refrigerants
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs related to refrigeration

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Korean and English language is a must
