We're excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Referrer Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines stakeholder engagement, event coordination, communications, administration and marketing support.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll play an important role in helping us build and maintain strong referrer relationships. From coordinating meetings and events, managing communications and reporting, to supporting engagement initiatives and projects, you'll help ensure our activities are delivered smoothly and effectively.
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, taking initiative and being involved in a wide range of activities.
More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate and support referrer engagement activities and initiatives across the business.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications, meetings and follow-up actions to ensure timely and effective engagement.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, meetings and educational activities, including logistics, materials and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards and other business documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation to support team activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, ensuring information is communicated accurately and professionally.
- Assist with marketing and communication activities, including content development and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of team activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency across engagement activities.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement or marketing support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations and maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings or engagement activities.
- Exposure to marketing, communications or healthcare environments will be highly regarded.
- Basic design skills and experience using marketing or content creation tools would be advantageous.
