We’re looking for a creative Referral Liaison Manager to join Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre, helping to raise the profile of the practice through marketing, social media, events and relationship building.

Marketing experience is our priority, while dental or healthcare experience would be desirable but is not essential.

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

  • A varied role combining marketing, social media, events, relationship building and practice support

As a Referral Liaison Manager, you’ll lead on a variety of marketing and engagement activities to help grow the profile and visibility of the practice. Working closely with the Practice Managers and clinical teams, you’ll develop creative ways to promote the practice, strengthen relationships with referring practices and support wider business growth.

This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, take ownership of marketing activity and build meaningful relationships with external contacts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing the practice’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, creating engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Monitoring and tracking marketing channels and activity, identifying what works well and where there are opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with referring practices, including regular practice visits (a minimum of two days per week) to build connections and promote the practice.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing referral relationships and develop new external partnerships.
  • Organising and coordinating marketing, social and professional events, including open days, live clinic learning, networking dinners, golf days and team-building trips.

  • Supporting Treatment Coordination (TCO) activity when needed.
  • Acting as a motivator and cheerleader, bringing energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the practice and helping engage colleagues in marketing and promotional initiatives.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing background who can bring creativity, initiative and commercial awareness to the role. You’ll be confident developing marketing ideas, creating engaging content and building relationships with a wide range of people.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous marketing experience, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging marketing activity.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, including creating content and maintaining an engaging online presence.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, supporting campaigns and promoting a business, service or brand.
  • An understanding of how to monitor marketing activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
  • Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills, with the confidence to represent the practice professionally.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop positive connections with external contacts and stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset, with the confidence to suggest new ideas and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of digital platforms and systems.
  • A positive, confident and sociable personality, with the ability to motivate others and bring energy to the team.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach, with an interest in identifying opportunities to raise the profile of the practice and support business growth.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams.
  • A full UK driving licence, as regular visits to referring practices are an important part of the role.

Dental or healthcare experience would be desirable, but is not essential.
