As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Wholesale Payments Operations (Corporate and Investment Bank), you provide operational support to ensure client transaction management is completed on time and accurately. You resolve exceptions and client inquiries, providing subject matter expertise while maintaining a strong control mindset and escalating risks appropriately. You also support daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities and lead process improvement and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute assigned transaction processing tasks accurately and within required timelines and cutoffs.
- Resolve exceptions and client inquiries promptly, providing clear updates and driving items to closure.
- Manage assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
- Identify issues and risks that could impact the process or the firm, escalating appropriately with a controls mindset.
- Interpret legal language in documents to assess firm impact and determine required processing actions.
- Perform daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as required, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Drive process improvement and automation opportunities to strengthen efficiency, controls, and client outcomes.
