As a Reference Data Analyst in Digital Document Services, you review legal agreements and capture economic and non-economic terms accurately in firm systems. You manage business metrics, drive strategic projects, and advance a culture of continuous improvement across back office, middle office, and global teams. You collaborate with operations and technology partners to redesign processes and deliver strong stakeholder outcomes in an inclusive environment.
Job Responsibilities:

- Apply knowledge of a global bank operational environment, including management reporting and external reporting.
- Maintain strong business knowledge, including investment banking processes and related system understanding.
- Lead teams with diverse experience and skill sets using a strategic approach.
- Promote inclusive leadership by identifying talent and supporting development through coaching and mentoring.
- Execute projects and initiatives alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities.
