Redistribution Analyst, Global Procurement

The Redistribution Analyst will leverage inventory data and parameters to optimize full truckload deliveries from internationally sourced regional warehouses to Med-Surg distribution centers. The goal is to maximize trailer utilization, maintain service levels, and execute redistribution strategies aligned with organizational targets.

• Establish inventory parameters to maintain service levels and balanced inventory.
• Implement network fulfillment strategies that align purchasing constraints, inventory limits, and customer order fulfillment.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Sales Orders across multiple ERP/MRP systems for shipments between regional and forward distribution centers.
• Plan and schedule shipments from Regional Distribution Centers.
• Manage administrative processes to support redistribution activities.
• Track and manage projects to ensure customer fill rates during events or projects.
• Audit and train on assigned processes spanning multiple analysts.
• Analyze inventory levels daily, identify shortages, and generate reports explaining variances.
• Maintain warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.

• Experience: 2+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or forecasting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory policies, practices, and systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage globally sourced inventory.
• Global inventory experience is a plus.

• Daily buying responsibilities.
• Analyze inventory across regional and smaller warehouses.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and investigate shortages.
• Ensure accurate data management within warehouse systems.
