This role is key in shaping our workforce to attract, recruit and supporting top talent across the organisation.
About the role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a smooth handover to onboarding
Engage and communicate with candidates effectively
Support attraction and retention activity by developing high‑quality induction, onboarding frameworks
Engage with external partners, colleges, training providers and community groups to build development pipelines
Deliver comprehensive welcome and induction training
About you
Experience in Recruitment or HR
Have a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
