The Role
The Position
Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team.

You are ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. You have solid working experience and understanding the end-to-end recruitment process. You are confident, ambitious and can wear multiple hats and adapt to changing needs and environments while working independently.

Responsibilities
· Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify talent in order to meet project needs
· Plan and prioritize sourcing assignments based on the needs of the business
· Use ATS to add and manage applicant pools, and move candidates through our recruitment process
· Review profiles and resumes, reach out and follow up with candidates, as part of the first-touch strategy
· Maintain network through active reach-out to contact past applicants
· Report on relevant sourcing metrics
 
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 to 4 years of recruitment and sourcing experience, is required
· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and alternative sourcing channels
· Experience and understanding of the recruitment process within management  consulting firm
· Self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Highly developed writing, communication, and presentation skills
· Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
· Innovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
· Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to developing their career
· Required Education: Related University Degree
