To continue building world-class teams, we’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to take ownership of tech recruitment and help shape the future of our organization.
The role
This is a high-impact role with full ownership over tech and creative recruitment. You will work closely with our People Partner and management to shape how we attract and hire.
We are looking for someone ambitious, curious and eager to learn. You don’t need 10+ years of experience, but you do need drive, resilience, and a strong delivery mindset. This role comes with real responsibility, real visibility, and real expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source and headhunt talent, including engineers, developers, animators, and artists.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and needs within roles.
- Own and drive full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Build long-term talent pipelines.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in tech recruitment and gaming to refine strategies and reach passive talent.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within gaming.
- An understanding of or previous experience in recruiting roles such as developers, engineers, animators, and artists, or a strong motivation to learn them quickly.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
We’re also looking for someone who is:
- Structured, persistent, and results-driven.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Hungry and self-driven, someone who takes initiative, owns their work, and is excited to grow.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in iGaming or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of game production pipelines.
