Location: Manchester
Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

Role PurposeIn Global Recruitment Operations, we are focused on ensuring that the service delivery of our outsourced partnerships and the processes that support recruitment delivery within Lonza meet the hiring needs of our business. Partnering closely with colleagues across enabling functions and outsourced provision the role will support programs of work and projects that ensure we are able to deliver the right talent at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a variety of initiatives within Recruitment Operations, that drive greater efficiency and service excellence
- Provide administrative support to key strategic projects
- Review, revise and maintain a suite of TA-related documentation
- Analysis of data to identify trends and issues
- Review Process and Technologies that support recruitment activity
Role Requirement
- Studies in or around Business Administration or Human Resources
- Strong Communication skills
- Analytical Skill
- MS Office skills
- Project Management Fundamentals
- Communication skills
- Exposure to working in a Global Organizations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders across the hiring community, Digital HR, Human Resources, Workforce Administration and Continuous Improvement
- Life Science functional and industry knowledge
