Recruitment Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION 


Summary/Objective 

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of recruitment‑focused marketing efforts. This role contributes to the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to enhance the employer brand, engage potential candidates, drive a pipeline of qualified applicants, and support employee retention. The position collaborates with both the corporate talent acquisition and recruiting team, as well as local market recruiters, to develop and tailor strategies that meet the unique needs of each market. 


Essential Functions  

  • Drive employer brand strategy and positioning to attract high-quality candidates and strengthen market competitiveness.
  • Own and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, including strategy, channel mix, creative direction, and performance reporting in partnership with our paid media agency.
  • Develop clear, strategic creative briefs that translate recruiting goals into compelling campaign assets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting teams to align messaging and timing across platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, ERIN App, AppCast, iCIMS).
  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing platforms and tools (Marketing Portal, Social Studio, Career Arc) to ensure recruiting assets are optimized and accessible for local recruiting teams and sales representatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI, inform KPIs, and optimize channel and creative strategies.
  • Own and grow LinkedIn recruitment channel, collaborating with broader social teams to integrate recruiting content across social ecosystems.
  • Build and scale an employer advocacy program to amplify the employer brand and support localized recruiting efforts.

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position does NOT have direct reports. 

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Physical Demands Must be able to sit for long periods of time. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

Travel 5% 

Required Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing specializing in recruitment marketing.  
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Career Arc, AppCast, iCIMS, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content, including video, with an attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

Skills Required
