Superlanet is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our recruiting team while driving high-quality candidate delivery across our healthcare IT client portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for recruiter performance, candidate quality, pipeline management, and recruiting process improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting leader who can coach a team, establish accountability, and step into priority searches when needed.
This is an on-site role in our office located in San Diego, CA.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators.
· Monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline activity, candidate quality, interviews, and placements.
· Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
· Ensure recruiters thoroughly qualify candidates beyond resume alignment, including technical experience, employment history, compensation, availability, work authorization, and overall fit.
· Review candidate submissions and provide feedback to improve screening and candidate quality.
· Partner with Account Managers and leadership to understand client needs, hiring priorities, and candidate feedback.
· Oversee recruiting workflows and ensure consistent use of established processes and recruiting systems.
· Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
· Personally recruit and screen candidates for high-priority or specialized searches when needed.
· Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, training, and team performance.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, consulting, healthcare IT, or technical recruiting.
· Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing recruiters.
· Strong full-cycle recruiting and candidate screening experience.
· Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting performance through both metrics and candidate quality.
· Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
· Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Healthcare IT recruiting experience strongly preferred; experience recruiting Epic, Workday, cybersecurity, ERP, data, or other technical professionals is a plus.

Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 annually
On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, including commissions and performance-based bonuses
