Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager – Private Banking to lead talent acquisition for one of the region's leading financial services sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruiting private banking and wealth management professionals, supported by an established network of industry talent and a proven ability to identify and attract high-performing candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for private banking and wealth management positions.
- Source, assess, and attract high-calibre professionals through proactive talent mapping and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks.
