Role overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who will show leadership to own the whole HR function in the future. We offer rewarding and fast-paced career in an empowering, non-political and interdisciplinary working environment.
What you will do
- Leading the recruitment strategy and processes end-to-end
- Co-ordinating a range of People & Culture processes internally and with our external suppliers
- Maintaining and updating databases/systems
- Executing internal communication activities including preparation of materials

- Previous experience working in recruitment
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity to learn new things
