So, you’ve got an interest in technology and love speaking with candidates?
As a recruitment coordinator at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll support the talent lead by proactively sourcing candidates for both technical and non technical roles and building a strong pipeline of talent. This is a busy and varied role which will give you the opportunity to support recruitment campaigns across the breadth of business, from Software Developers to Sales Managers. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract initially, with the potential to go permanent.
What’s involved?
Due to rapid growth we are looking for someone to come on board to support the overall talent function. From sourcing high calibre talent through to candidate screening and arranging interviews, you'll help maintain the ATS, write effective job adverts and help assist on talent campaigns. The role will also have responsibility for some basic HR duties, linking in with the wider People Team. If you're currently working in an agency environment but want to focus more on relationships and looking for your first in-house role with a leading software technology business this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent Lead to attract the best talent for technical and non technical roles across our global business
- Conduct screening calls for potential hires
- Proactively source candidates through creative methods
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience.
- Write effective and attractive job adverts and campaigns
- Maintain records on our HR system and answer simple HR queries from managers and employees
- Assist in writing HR letters and documents and support the administration of company benefits
Who’s the ideal candidate?
With a background in either agency or in-house recruitment you love sourcing and speaking with candidates then managing the candidate experience. You’ll be enthusiastic, keen to learn and have an interest in technology. An important part of this role is sourcing and speaking to high calibre software developers and building this pipeline for future requirements.
You might also have:
- Experience of working in an agency or inhouse technology company hiring Software Developers
- Be a proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter and/or job boards
- Experience of managing and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll work closely and assist the Talent Acquisition Lead on various campaigns across the Development, Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams amongst others.
