What we expect from you as a Recruitment Consultant:
We’re looking for driven, high-energy individuals with big ambitions and a people-first mindset. If you’re motivated by success and the opportunity to earn exceptional rewards, this role is for you. You’ll be at the centre of the recruitment process—engaging with applicants, guiding them through each stage, and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and excited about the opportunity at Verisure.
- No prior recruitment experience is required, but a target-driven mindset and a passion for success are essential
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar high-energy roles is a plus but not necessary
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
A DBS check (fully covered by us) will be conducted before you join.
