As our Amsterdam office continues to grow, we are looking for commercially driven sales professionals who want to build a career in recruitment and are motivated by performance, ownership and uncapped earning potential.


This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, business development or account management who enjoys building relationships, working towards targets and closing deals.


The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build and manage your own market within one of our contract recruitment divisions.


You will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying freelance specialists and bringing both together to deliver successful placements.


Recruitment is a fast paced, highly commercial environment where performance is directly rewarded through commission.


While the role is primarily focused on building a successful recruitment desk, we offer clear progression for consultants who later want to grow into senior consultant or leadership roles.


Your Responsibilities

• Developing new client relationships through proactive business development

• Building and managing a network of freelance consultants within your market

• Managing the full recruitment process from first contact through to placement

• Advising clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

• Negotiating contracts, rates and commercial agreements

• Managing long term partnerships with both clients and consultants

• Building your own niche within one of our specialist markets
