- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 1,300. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.
Role Description
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews/meetings
- Preparing contracts & participating on onboarding tasks
- Daily communication with candidates, UK recruiters and interviewers
- Close cooperation with other HR departments and onboarding coordinators
- Fluent English is a must
- Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
- MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Time flexibility
- Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
- Attention to detail (data quality)
