- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to pre-onboarding.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, active sourcing).
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business units.
- Close collaboration with staffing agencies; Selection and handling of Vendors
- Maintain and develop further the applicant tracking & career system and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Extend Sourcing channels and work on Employer Branding activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
