Team Description:

Recruitment is the driving force behind Neuralink’s growth and is responsible for cultivating exceptionalism by finding top talent and hiring experts for our interdisciplinary teams, all while providing an all-around great candidate experience. The Recruiting Team members have come from diverse industries, forming a group of experts in Hardware, Software, Research, and G&A hiring. Our team collaborates closely and believes communication is the key to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use data to advise recruiter capacity planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective alignment of recruiter supply to business demand
  • Define and implement processes and tools to support the end-to-end recruiting system, resulting in optimized operations, improved candidate experience, data integrity, automation, and scalability of the Recruiting organization
  • Scale quality interviewing and selection, ensuring that we deliver foundational interview training to new interviewers and provide clear and efficient processes internally, and exceptional candidate experiences externally
  • Define and track metrics while implementing new ways of measuring effectiveness to ensure measurable results of recruiting success
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and deliver a consistent, scalable experience to all stakeholders
  • Enable recruiters and hiring managers through documentation, training, and support
  • Define and enforce best practices for data hygiene across recruiter systems to drive accurate reporting and informed decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, operations, process optimization and/or data analytics
  • Demonstrable understanding of talent acquisition strategies, technologies, and efficiency drivers
  • Experience with applicant tracking and candidate CRM systems, especially Greenhouse
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to extract, utilize and communicate data to drive decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A quantitative and analytical thinker with experience and deep understanding in metrics, tooling and process improvement
  • Past experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with vendor management and negotiation

Expected Compensation:

At Neuralink, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the below range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Texas Base Salary Range
$97,000$179,000 USD

What We Do

Neuralink is a team of exceptionally talented people. We are creating the future of brain-machine interfaces: building devices now that will help people with paralysis and inventing new technologies that will expand our abilities, our community, and our world.

Our goal is to build a system with at least two orders of magnitude more communication channels (electrodes) than current clinically-approved devices. This system needs to be safe, it must have fully wireless communication through the skin, and it has to be ready for patients to take home and use on their own. Our device, called the Link, will be able to record from 1024 electrodes and is designed to meet these criteria.
