Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated InP Engineers and Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, fabrication, and testing of InP-based semiconductor devices. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with III-V semiconductor materials, photonics devices, and cleanroom processes, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment for InP wafer processing, device fabrication, and characterization.
- Perform process development, testing, and optimization for InP-based devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, devices, and process flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Document experiments, results, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications – Engineer Level:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with III-V semiconductors, particularly Indium Phosphide.
- Familiarity with MOCVD, epitaxy, photolithography, etching, and metallization processes.
- Experience with device testing and characterization techniques (e.g., IV, CV, optical measurements).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Qualifications – Technician Level:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication, photonics, or cleanroom environments.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory and process equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Engineers & Technicians):
- Knowledge of InP-based lasers, modulators, and photonic integrated circuits.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or R&D environment.
