About The Role
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the overall recruitment process at Unified Vision. This position is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview invitations, reminders, and post-interview communications.
  • Drive the successful execution of key HR programs, including performance management, talent development, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track candidate information and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and other relevant systems.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and company websites.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in HR or recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
