We are looking for a recruiting coordinator to join our tight-knit Campus Tech Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire outstanding interns and new grads.
Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best and brightest new talent from all corners of the world.
You'll work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate and intern experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for organized, enthusiastic new or recent graduates who are eager to solve interesting problems, roll up their sleeves, and jump into new challenges.
Your responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidates onsite in our New York office, helping manage some of our recruiting tools and platforms, communicating with interns, program runners, recruiters, and other internal teams, and maintaining program documentation, calendars, and infrastructure.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success. We are looking for someone organized with excellent attention to detail, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting. We take an extremely thoughtful approach to recruitment – aiming to be approachable, helpful, and responsive. About You- Have 0-2 years of professional recruiting experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
- Eager to learn new skills and intellectually curious
- Humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes and requests as needed
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills, and an appreciation for how much getting the little things right matters
- Self-starter who can handle competing priorities
- Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Outgoing and excited to participate in career fairs and other campus recruiting events
- Enthusiastic about traveling to various locations in the US to attend recruiting events
- No financial industry experience required
