Position Title: HR Recruiting Coordinator (Bilingual)

Description:
Canadian Solar, a global leader in the solar energy industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. As a vital part of our talent acquisition process, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier candidates to support our continued growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Process new requisition requests, create new personnel files.
- Assist in conducting interviews and reference checks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment agreements.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment events, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR documents and databases.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar HR role.
- Must be able Bilingual in Spanish and English communication.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for renewable energy and the solar industry is a plus.
