We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a Recruiting Assistant in Latin America to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities

• Track ongoing hiring needs for the overall company, reporting to the Director of People Operations.
• Post job descriptions through various platforms. 
• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging. 
• Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.

Requirements

• Prior experience with talent acquisition. Technical recruiting experience a huge plus!
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process. 
• Highly organized - you’re the most organized person you know!
• Experience using applicant tracking software preferred but not required.

$6 an hour
