Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn, including candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline development. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the interpreting or language services industry, including medical, legal, or community-based interpreting, is a plus.
