The Role
Our talent team is growing! We're hiring for a recruiter who thrives as a utility player; responsible for bringing globally elite talent to the team, evolving Tempo’s hiring engine and being an exceptional storyteller to the market.
Responsibilities
Assemble the best engineering, product, design and growth teams in fintech. We want someone who thrives working across the business and not just particular domains.
Build a high-throughput, high-signal hiring machine
Guide hiring managers to good decisions
Define and develop our candidate-facing talent brand
Embrace AI in how we identify, engage and hire talent.
Qualifications
Deep hands-on experience building world-class technical and/or non-technical teams
A history of creating and sustaining a top-1% global talent bar
Evidence of good judgment about people and the ability to replicate that in others
6-8+ years of startup or high growth tech company experience in a recruiting role.
Preference for people with deep experience in crypto or fintech
