We are a fast growing mortgage company seeking an experience recruiter to aid in our national expansion. Using the latest Loan Officer recruiting software you will seek out professionals who fit our company culture, work ethic and vision. A rewarding commission structure will be paid out multiple times throughout the employees start with LendingHouse along with bonuses and limitless career growth.
What You Will Be Doing
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Loan Officers
• Educating Loan Officers on LendingHouse systems, programs, products, guidelines and processes
• Outbound and cold calling potential recruits
• Following up with old and new prospects multiple times per week
• Championing your Loan Officers and striving to make every loan a success story
• Monitoring Loan Officer performance
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of new recruits to meet and exceed sales goals
Must Have Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in mortgage sales as loan officer, mortgage banker or account executive
• Proven success in building relationships
• Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face to face
• Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office, CRM's and the ability to multi-task
• Hard worker who take accountability for your actions
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Inside sales and / or phone sales experience
• A passion for the mortgage industry
• A desire for a six figure income
