Summary
The Recruiter will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting onboarding processes. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-quality talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate job postings across platforms and within our ATS. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. An HR background is preferred, but not required. Pharmacy industry experience is a plus, though not a must.
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using various platforms, tools, and creative methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and interest
- Maintain and update job postings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on job boards
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
- Assist the Recruiting Assistant with interview scheduling as needed
Onboarding Support
- Facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance to first day
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
- Work with HR and managers to ensure all onboarding steps are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- HR background is preferred but not required
- Pharmacy industry experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory
