The Action

As a Recruiter at GoSpooky, you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract the best candidates to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent across a variety of positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. In this role, you will work alongside Hiring Managers, the Traffic Manager and the Head of Operations to define hiring priorities, build a structured hiring roadmap, and contribute to GoSpooky’s growth by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Beyond recruitment, you will also collaborate with our People & Culture (P&C) team on broader HR projects, supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience, employer branding, and talent development.


We are looking for a proactive and strategic recruiter who can start ASAP, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in a media/advertising agency environment

You as Recruiter will:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using innovative tools and platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Track and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor hiring progress.
  • Partner with hiring managers, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on broader HR initiatives to enhance employer branding and talent development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in a media or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Proven experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and employee referral programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
