The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, sourcing talent, interviewing, evaluating candidates and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various online and in person channels.
  • Craft recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • screen incoming resumes.
  • Interview candidates via phone and in-person.
  • Analyze pre-hire assessments.
  • Monitor metrics, including time to fill and source of hire.
  • Assist new hires in the onboarding process.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of recruiting or applicable Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
  • Must maintain the utmost level of confidentiality due to exposure to sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires sitting for extended periods
