Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruiting process for our organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from Interviewing until onboarding.
• Use Job Portals, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy to close the open requisitions on priority
• Responsible to hire resources keeping recruitment metrics in mind i.e., timeline, source mix, diversity etc.,
• Collaborate with hiring managers on regular intervals for Hiring reviews and also to identify future hiring needs

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related corporate Recruiting/Staffing experience, preferably in non-technical/operations hiring.

• Hands-on experience in volume hiring.

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and recruitment drives independently
• Experience of working on any application tracking system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing skills on social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Attention to Detail
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within product organizations
• Experience in preparing recruitment dashboards/ reports

Qualifications

Preferred Education: Master's Degree, 3-5 years
