The Role

We need your help in doing that.We're looking for a Recruiter in our Pittsburgh, PA office to join our team to expand on and develop new strategies for finding talent.As a Recruiter, your first task will be to work with our team to identify and source talent. You'll work with us to understand how trends or news within the business world can and should impact our recruiting efforts.You'll also be responsible for managing some of your own roles from beginning through the offer process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Barkley teams; our work, and the caliber of talent that we have within the agency
  • Understand and map agency and industry trends to help us develop better strategies against our searches
  • Work directly with Recruiting team to source talent for existing open positions at Barkley
  • Begin to identify new opportunities to engage with talent
  • Manage the end to end recruiting process (sourcing through offer)
  • Partner closely with agency Directors to identify needs, find top talent, provide insight into industry news
  • Represent and helps elevate Barkley’s presence at events
  • Build a regional industry network in order to maintain a pipeline of candidates, including underrepresented or marginalized talent pools
  • Provide organized summaries of recruiting progress and articulate these to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Marketing, advertising experience / equivalent industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years recruiting experience required
  • Be based out of hybrid office in Pittsburgh, PA
