At Logan Services, great people are the foundation of our success. As a Recruiter, you'll help us find, attract, and hire the people who keep our business growing. From skilled HVAC and plumbing professionals to office and leadership roles, you'll own the recruiting process, build relationships with potential candidates, and show people why Logan is a great place to build a career.

This role is about more than posting jobs and reviewing resumes. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, knows how to sell an opportunity, and is motivated to turn connections into great hires.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Proactively find candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and community partnerships.
• Make outbound calls and build relationships with candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify candidates who align with our roles and culture.
• Sell candidates on the opportunity to join Logan by highlighting our culture, benefits, career growth, and opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide candidate updates, and keep hiring moving forward.
• Work with Marketing to promote job openings and attract talent through creative recruiting campaigns.
• Represent Logan at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline activity, and identify ways to improve hiring results.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, business development, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
