 Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.ExperienceAt least 2 years of proven success as a recruiter either corporate or in a staffing / recruiting firm (preferred to have both)EducationBS / BA in business or human resources related field, or equivalent experience. Must have recruiting experience.Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods.                                                                                                                                                         Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.Other RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS -

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing/recruiting firm environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • English reading, comprehension, speaking, and communication ability
  • Behavioral-based and competency-based interviewing skills
