About the Role LiaHia is a reverse‑recruiting agency that runs the job search for clients. As a Recruiter / Job Search Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end job search process for assigned clients — sourcing roles, tailoring resumes, submitting applications, and coordinating outreach. This is a remote, flexible, freelance role ideal for recruiters or sourcers who want consistent work with doing sales and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
Job Sourcing — Identify 30–50 relevant job opportunities per client each week across job boards and niche platforms.
Resume Tailoring — Customize resumes for each application to maximize ATS compatibility.
Application Submission — Apply to roles on behalf of clients with accuracy and speed.
Recruiter Outreach — Send LinkedIn and email outreach to hiring managers and recruiters.
Pipeline Management — Track all applications, responses, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
Client Collaboration — Coordinate with the Career Coach and Client Success Manager to ensure alignment.
Requirements
3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, HR, staffing, or job search execution
Strong research and sourcing skills
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Experience with ATS systems, job boards, and LinkedIn
Excellent written communication
Must be authorized to work in the colombia
Compensation & Hours
depending on experience
