About The Role & Team

We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in St. Petersburg, FL.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of corporate, operational, and specialized functions here at Webull.

Our Human Resources team partners closely with leaders across the organization to support business growth by attracting and hiring talent in a fast-paced, technology-driven fintech environment. We collaborate with teams throughout the firm to meet hiring needs while ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient recruitment process.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that recruiting is more than filling open positions. This role requires someone who can work autonomously while maintaining regular syncs with the HR team and hiring leaders to proactively address concerns, evaluate role requirements, and keep searches aligned with business needs. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their teams, identify high-quality talent, provide market insight, and deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing organization.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviewing, selection, and offer extension, across all levels and functions of the business.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans to build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, internal networks, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand business needs, evaluate role requirements, align on team dynamics and ideal candidate profiles, and proactively address questions or concerns throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial screens and assess candidates against position requirements, competencies, and organizational values.
  • Manage interview coordination and scheduling, including gathering availability, coordinating logistics, sending calendar invitations, and ensuring interviewers and candidates have clear schedules and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, update applicant statuses, and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze trends (e.g., pipeline health, hiring outcomes, program effectiveness) and provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Apply sound judgment when developing recruitment strategies, candidate recommendations, and offer considerations, with awareness of internal equity and the firm’s established practices.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in activities aimed at enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Support recruitment-related administrative activities, including preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents.
  • Support the broader HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruiting challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
  • You are passionate about delivering a positive and professional candidate experience for every role you support.
  • You demonstrate strong accountability, humility, curiosity, and ownership in their approach to recruiting.
